A bit about me...
Having spent some time learning and experiencing the benefits of mindfulness for myself (particularly during the ups and downs of my PhD in Music Education as well as experimenting on friends!) I decided to research more widely, and to push myself further into my journey and learn to teach mindfulness, and I've become passionate about it.
This is also why I am constantly researching and developing my skills with great enthusiasm. My approach to teaching mindfulness, while embodying everything I have been taught, is characterised by a light, warm and down to earth approach. I'm really keen that my clients enjoy mindfulness and regard it as an important investment in their wellbeing, something to look forward to doing, hopefully each day. Each home practice session that you carry out can be as long or as short as you feel able to manage, (short meditations are the best way to start, particularly in our current hectic lives) with no pressure.
I would very much welcome a chance to see how mindfulness might help you live with greater peace and wellbeing, so do contact me via the Get in Touch page to arrange an initial chat, or to book an appointment.
